Entry requirement documents you will require whilst completing the enrolment form include.
- A clear copy of your valid ID. This can include your (Driver's License, Proof of Age card, or Passport).
- VET Transcript with QR code.
VET Transcript information below.
Your VET Transcript lists your previous nationally accredited training it commenced 1/1/2015 so if your training was completed before 1/1/2015 it will not show on your VET Transcript.
We can't use your old Certificate/ Statement of Attainment/ Wallet card as evidence for your previous course VET Transcript with QR code only.
This allows us to issue your Nationally Accredited Training outcome when you have successfully completed your course.
If you need help to download your VET Transcript complete with QR code, please call the USI Team on 1300 857 536 you will need to request a copy of your VET Transcript advise them it needs to include your QR Code and ask them to email it to yourself. Once received email us a copy.
In step 5 setting a viewable date will ensure the QR code appears on your VET Transcript Download allowing us to validate it.
Step 1 Go to the USI Student Portal
https://portal.usi.gov.au/student/TermsAndConditions
Step 2 Select View VET Transcript.
Step 3 Complete declarations.
Step 4 Download VET Transcript.
Step 5 Mark as a Viewable online VET Transcript & Set a Time limit.
Step 6 Click continue to download it.
Step 7 Provide your VET Transcript (PDF Version) when completing your enrolment form if you miss this step you can email it to sales@amstraining.com.au
