About AMS

AMS Training was established 13 January 2021.

AMS Training was registered with ASQA on the 23 September 2021, registration number 45735.

The aim in establishing AMS Training as an RTO was to offer a better quality of courses and training services to clients in the Northern Territory and Western Australia.

Over the past decade, we have visited numerous locations in the Northern Territory and Western Australia, where we identified a need for ongoing accredited and non-accredited training services were required as a one-off and for ongoing qualification requirements.

mission statment

  • To provide quality nationally accredited training and assessment services in a safe professional manner.
  • To meet all regulator obligations.
  • For AMS Training to offer a fee for service delivery and assessment of both Nationally Accredited Training and Non-Accredited Training.
  • To offer a quality training service at our training facility in Darwin, or at a client's workplace throughout the Northern Territory and Western Australia.

A few things to consider

Once you pay, we email you the learner guide and you can study for your course.

You will need to complete a closed book exam for the Forklift and EWP High Risk Work Licence courses.

We offer a free resit for anyone that does not pass on their first attempt.

We have smaller class sizes, so the trainer will have more time to assist you.

A verbal assessment may be used for the closed book exam, if required.

Night class options are now available.

We all get busy during the week but the great news is, AMS Training offer after-hours courses. Options available include public and weekend Forklift and EWP courses.

We also offer after-hours courses and Verification of Competency (VOC).  For group bookings this can include night classes or weekends.
